Terms of Service

1Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between AMA ("the Company") and users in connection with the use of amabtccommunity.com (the "Service").

2Definitions

• "Service": All features provided by the Company including Bitcoin paper trading, AI chart analysis (AIM), trading journal, community, and ranking.
• "Member": A person who has agreed to these Terms and completed registration.
• "Paper Trading": Simulation trading with virtual seed money — no real-money transactions take place.
• "AIM": AMA Investment Mate — AI-based technical analysis of chart images.
• "AI Level": Member tier — basic / futures_master / whale_master / ama_master — determining the depth of available AI analysis.
• "AI Learning Pack": Trading education e-book provided by the Company. Purchase activates the corresponding AI Level.

3Effect and Amendment of Terms

1. These Terms take effect by posting on the Service or by notification to the Member.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable law.
3. Amendments will be announced at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes that disadvantage users).
4. A Member who disagrees with an amendment may terminate the contract by withdrawing.

4Account Registration and Management

1. Registration is concluded when the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, fills the registration form, and the Company accepts.
2. The Company may refuse or subsequently terminate registration in cases including:
   • Misuse of others' information
   • Submission of false information
   • Prior history of being suspended for Terms violations
   • Children under 14 years of age
   • Failure to meet other registration requirements
3. Members are responsible for managing their credentials (email, password) and may not transfer or lend the account to third parties.

5Service Content

• Paper trading of major cryptocurrencies using real-time prices from public APIs (Binance)
• AI chart analysis (AIM) — auto-generated insights based on technical indicators
• Trading journal and statistical analysis
• Global ranking and tournaments
• Community board
• Paid AI Level upgrades (Futures Master / Advanced Analysis AI Master / AMA MASTER AI)
• Other additional features as defined by the Company

6Nature of Paper-Trading (Important)

7Paid Services and Refund Policy

7.1 Paid Products (AI Learning Pack + AI Level)

• Futures Master (Futures Master AI + AI Learning Pack)
• Advanced Analysis AI Master (Advanced Analysis AI Master AI + AI Learning Pack)
• AMA MASTER AI (full bundle)

7.2 Payment Methods

• International members: USDT (TRC20)
• Korean members: Domestic bank transfer (KRW)

7.3 Refund Policy

1. Paid products are a bundle of digital content (AI Learning Pack e-book) plus AI analysis service.
2. Before the AI Learning Pack is first opened or downloaded, full refund is available within 7 days of purchase.
3. Once the AI Learning Pack has been first opened or downloaded, refund is restricted due to the nature of digital content (per Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean E-commerce Act).
4. For AI analysis service, refund is available before any usage is consumed.
5. Refunds for issues caused by the Company (outage, payment error, etc.) are processed immediately.

8Bitget UID Linking and Rewards

1. International members (EN / JA / ZH) who sign up to Bitget via the Company's referral link and register their UID may activate "Futures Master AI" free of charge.
2. Korean members may also register their UID, but due to restrictions on compensation-based referrals under Korean financial law, no equivalent reward is granted.
3. If a registered UID is not confirmed as the Company's referral via affiliate tracking, or if a falsified UID is detected, the Company may take the following measures without prior notice:
   • Permanent revocation of the granted AI Level
   • Permanent account suspension
   • Legal action for damages
4. Registering a UID constitutes explicit consent to this article.

9User Obligations

• Provide accurate information at registration
• Comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and the Company's operating policy
• Do not infringe others' rights (copyright, reputation, privacy, etc.)
• Do not steal, transfer, or lend account credentials
• Do not access or tamper with the system through abnormal means

10Prohibited Conduct

The following acts are prohibited. Violation may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and legal action without warning.

• Creating multiple accounts and self-referral abuse
• Manipulating rankings or tournaments (price manipulation, etc.)
• Use of bots, macros, or automation scripts
• Profanity, obscenity, advertising, spam, discriminatory or hateful speech in the community
• Posting copyright-infringing content (including unauthorized reproduction of the AI Learning Pack)
• Defamation of the Company or others
• Use of payment methods or currency exchange not offered by the Company
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or security circumvention

11User Content Management

1. Copyright in user-generated content belongs to the author.
2. The Company may use user content free of charge for service operation, exposure, and promotion (e.g., featuring a journal on My Page, recommended community posts).
3. The Company may, without prior notice, take temporary measures (blinding) or delete content that:
   • Violates Article 10 (Prohibited Conduct)
   • Violates law, public order, or morality
   • Is reported as infringing third-party rights

12Service Suspension

The Company may suspend Service in the following cases. Direct damages will be compensated only where the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence is established.

• System maintenance, repair, replacement
• Force majeure (natural disaster, power outage, communication failure)
• Failure of external APIs (Binance, Bitget, OpenAI, etc.)
• Reasonable Company decision to discontinue the Service

13Termination and Restrictions

1. Members may request withdrawal from My Page at any time and the Company will process immediately.
2. If a Member violates these Terms, the Company may take measures including warning, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, and contract termination.
3. For Members of paid products who withdraw voluntarily, refund of any remaining term follows Article 7.

14Disclaimer

• The Company does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of prices, charts, or AI analysis provided by the Service.
• The Company assumes no liability for profits or losses incurred from real-world investments conducted outside the Service based on Service information.
• The Company assumes no liability for any damages arising from free services (paper trading, community, basic AIM analysis, etc.), except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• The Company does not intervene in disputes between Members or between a Member and a third party, and is not liable for resulting damages.

15Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

1. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the Company and the Member.
2. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be brought before the competent court under Korean Civil Procedure Act.
3. These Terms and the Service usage contract are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

These Terms are effective from November 1, 2025.
